weren't cutting it.

In 2022, we were running an event and noticed the same thing every host notices: people clump with who they came in with. Strangers stay strangers. Name tags tell you a person's job, which is the least interesting thing about them.

So we made a set of stickers based on what people actually wanted to talk about. The room transformed. We made another set. Then another. Two years later, we'd done it for 240+ events. Engagement Enhancers is what we call it now.
